Prior to this, Ryan worked at Lancaster Pollard for over 14 years, beginning as an Analyst and eventually holding the title of Managing Director and Senior Vice President. With a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on finance from Wright State University, Ryan has a strong background in financial services and mortgage banking.
