Derek Ricci

Derek Ricci is a litigation partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where they have served since 2006. With extensive experience as lead counsel before various courts and tribunals in Canada, including appellate courts and regulatory bodies, they specialize in managing complex commercial disputes across diverse areas such as mining, securities, and competition.
