Élisabeth Robichaud

Élisabeth Robichaud is a partner specializing in tax litigation at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP since 2019, focusing on litigation and settlement of tax disputes across various domestic and international issues. With prior experience as a lawyer at Sweibel Novek LLP and at Davies prior to becoming a partner, Élisabeth has represented clients before numerous courts, including the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court. They are also engaged in academia as a lecturer for the Master's in Taxation Law at HEC Montreal. Élisabeth holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and an LL.M. in Taxation from the same institution, along with additional qualifications in alternative dispute resolution and management.
