Hélène Bussières

Hélène Bussières is a partner in the Employment, Labour, and Executive Compensation Group at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in Montréal. They represent employers in various employment contexts, including individual relationships and unionized organizations, and handle matters such as negotiations, executive agreements, and strategic human resources planning. Hélène has also acquired experience coordinating employee-related matters during commercial transactions. In addition to their legal practice, they teach employment and labour law at the Quebec Bar School and serve as a guest professor at McGill University's MBA Desautels Faculty.
