Paul Lamarre

Paul Lamarre is currently Counsel at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where their practice focuses on domestic and international tax planning, private equity, acquisitions, financings, reorganizations, and tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency. Paul previously served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law, teaching international tax law. Paul earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Toronto, where they also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in English Language and Literature. Additionally, Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from The University of British Columbia.
