Rui Gao

Rui Gao is a Partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where they assist on high-stakes and complex litigation matters, including contractual disputes and class actions, while also gaining experience in regulatory compliance issues. Previously, Rui held various roles including Litigation Associate and Summer Law Student at the same firm, where they developed a broad litigation practice. Rui earned a B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill University and has also worked as a Research Assistant and Legal Officer in different capacities, contributing significantly to legal research and community initiatives.
