Sylvie Samson

Sylvie Samson is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in the Montréal office, where they provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Sylvie has experience advising both public and private clients, including high-profile REITs and pension funds, and excels in complex negotiations and crafting intricate commercial agreements. They have been actively involved in the real estate community as a board member of L'Unité de travail pour l'implantation de logement étudiant (UTILE) and the Urban Development Institute of Québec (IDU). Sylvie also contributes to education as a lecturer at the John Molson School of Business and holds multiple recognitions for their work in law and volunteer efforts. Sylvie earned their Juris Doctor and Licence en droit, both with summa cum laude honors, from the University of Ottawa.
