Tim Baron

Tim Baron is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where they specialize in corporate finance, investment funds, derivatives, and structured finance. With over twenty years of experience, Tim's practice has focused on secured transactions, advising banks, lenders, and borrowers on asset-based and syndicated lending. Prior to joining Davies, Tim was a partner at McMillan LLP, where they worked on structured finance and asset-based lending. Tim holds an LLB and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking and Financial Services from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto at Scarborough.
