Jon Colley

Jon Colley is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Security Officer at DWS Group since February 2024, Jon previously held positions such as Global Chief Information Security Officer (Interim) and Global Director of Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance at WTW from January 2020 to June 2022. Earlier roles include Head of Cyber Security at the UK Home Office, Risk Management Executive for Cyber Risk at Willis Towers Watson, and Security Consultant at Airbus Defence and Space. Additional experience includes contributions as Military Advisor for Cyber & Information Systems at Dstl and Information Security Manager for British Forces Afghanistan. Jon Colley holds a Master of Science in Cyber Defence and Information Assurance from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and Technology from the University of Wolverhampton.
