Joseph Pecora, CFA, has a robust background in finance and investment management with significant experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager and Head of US Residential Research & Strategy at DWS Group since June 2015, Joseph previously held the position of Senior Financial Analyst in Wholesale Banking at TD Securities from July 2013 to June 2015. Prior to that, Joseph spent several years at Morgan Stanley, where roles included financial analyst in the CFO Group for Wealth Management and real estate analyst. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Villanova University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
