Laura Sol

Laura Sol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and financial services. Since October 2018, Laura has served as the Head of Risk UK at DWS Group, following a long tenure at Deutsche Bank from June 2004 to September 2018, where Laura held various roles including Director of the Conduct & Risk Office in Asset Management and Director of the Programme Management Office. Laura's early career at Deutsche Bank also included positions as Vice President in Strategy and Change Management and Offshoring Strategy. Laura holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from Esade, along with an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
