Lu Lu

Lu Lu currently serves as the Director and Head of Investment Risk for U.S. Real Estate at DWS Group, a role assumed in July 2024. Prior to this position, Lu held multiple senior roles at Goldman Sachs from September 2015 to May 2023, including Market Risk Lead for Private Investments and Structured Products, where responsibilities encompassed global market risk for real estate equity and debt, private equity, private credit, and infrastructure investments. Lu also acted as the Market Risk Lead for Goldman Sachs & Co., overseeing various trading businesses and serving as Secretary to the GS&Co Risk Committee. Following a career break dedicated to personal goal pursuits from June 2023 to June 2024, Lu holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Advanced Finance and Management from Columbia University and additional qualifications from Columbia Business School.
