Michael Brimblecombe

Michael Brimblecombe is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition across multiple regions, including the UK, US, and APAC. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment at DWS Group since March 2019, Michael leads a team and oversees full life-cycle recruitment processes for professional and executive roles. Previously, Michael worked at Deutsche Bank as Front Office Recruitment Manager, managing recruitment for various business sectors, and held consulting positions at Ambition and Badenoch + Clark. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science & Social Science from Loughborough University.
