Simon Wallace is a seasoned professional in real estate research and strategy, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of the UK Real Estate Group at DWS Group since October 2011. Simon also holds the position of Global Co-Head of Real Estate Research and Strategy and has extensive experience as the Head of Research for Alternatives in Europe. With a background that includes roles at Hammerson Plc as an Economist and the Centre for Economics and Business Research, Simon has developed strong expertise in property market analysis and economic impact assessments. Additionally, Simon has served as an advisor for Wear My Baby and GoTennis. Simon obtained both an MSc in Quantitative Development Economics and a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol.
