Stefan Hoops

Stefan Hoops is the CEO of DWS Group, a role held since 2022. They previously held various roles at Deutsche Bank, including Global Head of FIC & Equities Sales (2017-2018) and other leadership positions such as Head of Corporate Bank, Head of Sales & Corporate Coverage Germany, Head of ABS Correlation Trading North America, Fixed Income Sales, Head of Structured Solutions Group North America, and Head of Global Transaction Banking. Earlier in their career, they served as Fixed Income Sales at Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG from 2006 to 2007. They studied at the University of Bayreuth from 2003 to 2007.
