Vicky Ng

Vicky Ng has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and talent management within the financial services sector. Beginning a career at Goldman Sachs in campus recruiting, Vicky advanced to roles at UBS as a Campus Recruiter and APAC Talent Incubation Program Manager, and later served as Vice President and HR Business Partner for Investment Banking Division at Nomura. After a tenure at First Sentier Investors as HR Business Partner, Vicky is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at DWS Group. Vicky holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, and a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of New South Wales.
