DWTT FutureFit™ manufactures full panelised housing systems for home and medium-density townhouses offsite in our factory. This includes wall and floor panels with windows, roof and floor trusses, wall frames and ancillary timber products for the Victorian market.
Our onsite teams then install on site -from slab to lock-up—in 2-4 days. No waste, no delays and no re-works to turbo-charge build times and the builder’s cashflow
FutureFit™ panels are designed by our expert designers in collaboration with clients using state-of-the-art 3D CAD software, then precision-made offsite by fully automated multi-function CNC equipment, in a system that combines the house-lot that moves seamlessly through the process ready for delivery to site. The unique Fit of this system reduces costs, combining off-site manufacturing quality with onsite speed, dramatically cutting build time while boosting productivity and safety through fewer trades, less time at height, and minimal disruption
Decades of industry experience since 1980, multiple industry awards, and endorsements from builders underpin DWTT’s reputation as a trusted partner and innovator in modern methods of construction. The FutureFit™ panelised system integrates floor cassettes and fully externally clad wall panels with windows pre-installed, delivering significantly better project economics, consistency and outcomes for both small builders and high-volume project teams
