Barb Clapp

Barb Clapp serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dwyer Workforce Development since June 2021 and is a member of the Board of Directors at CFG Bank since December 2020. Clapp founded and led Clapp Communications from October 2001 to March 2020, transforming it into a globally recognized full-service communications firm before its acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Account Executive and Special Projects Manager for the Baltimore Jewish Times & Style Magazine from January 1989 to June 2000, focusing on media sales and marketing support for various publications. Clapp holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Fine Arts from Loyola University Maryland, completed a program in Professional Advancement in Fund Raising at Goucher College, and graduated from numerous management and sales training seminars at Dale Carnegie Training.
