Michelle Boyle

Michelle Boyle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and advancement roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Dwyer Workforce Development since June 2023, Michelle previously held the position of Vice President of Advancement at Forever Maryland Foundation from January 2021 to May 2023. With a strong background in fundraising and communications, Michelle also worked as Vice President - Development and Communications at St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore and as Director at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. Additional roles include Director of Annual Giving at St. Paul's School for Girls and Assistant Development Director at St. Martin's Home, demonstrating a robust commitment to donor relations and effective communication strategies. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Towson University.
