Simon Dix

Simon Dix is the CEO and founder of DX Compliance, a financial services company. Prior to DX Compliance, Simon worked as the Deputy MLRO at Fidor Bank AG from June 2015 to December 2018. Simon has also worked as a lecturer at the Berlin School of Economics and Law from September 2012 to April 2016, where they designed their own courses and exams covering a variety of legal subjects. Additionally, Simon worked as a legal research assistant at Schmidt Sozialforschung from September 2012 to June 2015, where they coordinated research, assisted in fundraising, and copyedited and proofread for a boutique research institute. Simon has also worked as an operations manager/business development at UShield from August 2010 to August 2012 and as an operations manager at EAC UK Ltd from June 2007 to August 2011.

Simon Dix has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Laws (LL.B.) in Law from Nottingham Trent University. Simon also has a certification from the International Compliance Association in International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering.
