Simon Harper

Simon Harper has extensive work experience in the logistics and operations industry. Simon started their career at Nationwide Building Society as a Trainee in 1982 before moving on to NatWest as a Management Trainee from 1983 to 1987. Simon then joined TNT in 1987 and held various roles including Early TNT Career, General Manager, National Operations Manager, Head of Road Network, and Director of Operations/Board Director. In 2016, they transitioned to FedEx Express as the Vice President of Operations for the UK, responsible for the integration of TNT into the FedEx organization. In 2018, Simon joined DX Group as the Operations Director - Express, leading the turnaround of DX Express operations. Simon is currently the Operations Change Director at DX Group, actively contributing to the company's financial, operational, and commercial improvement.

Simon Harper attended the University of Northampton from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a BTEC degree in Banking and Financial Support Services. In 2012, they also attended the IMD, completing a program called "Setting the Foundations for Global Strategy" and a course in "World Class Leadership."
