Mohammad Helal Uddin

Mohammad Helal Uddin is currently the Head of HR & Admin-HRBP and Business Intelligence at DX Group, where they lead the HR and administrative teams while coordinating business activities with top management. With over 12 years of diverse experience across IT, trading, e-commerce, and other sectors, they have successfully implemented an HRIS system and managed various HR functions, including recruitment and performance appraisals. Previously, they held positions at companies such as Xiaomi Bangladesh and Okapia Mobile, where they contributed significantly to HR management and employee welfare. Mohammad has also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HRM from Presidency University, Bangladesh.
