CJ Pedler has extensive experience in dealer services and customer support, having served in various leadership roles at DX1 since November 2010, including Vice President of Dealer Services and Director of Customer Support. Responsibilities at DX1 encompass training, implementation, and support for Ziios clients, along with collaboration with the product development team to guide product direction and enhancements. Prior experience at DealerTrack, spanning from 1999 to November 2010, includes positions such as OEM/Data Exchange Product Manager and Enterprise Support Manager, where management of a team focused on large and strategic clients was a key responsibility. CJ Pedler attended Salt Lake Community College in 1997.
