Alison Smith is an Associate Partner in Business Strategy with nearly thirty years of experience in the electricity industry in Tasmania. Throughout their career, Alison held various roles in IT Business Relations, Human Resources, and Business Services, most recently focusing on application optimisation and performance enhancement for SAP systems. They owned a consulting business, providing HR support across multiple sectors, including plumbing and wind farms. Alison has demonstrated strong skills in communication, stakeholder liaison, and project management, enabling them to deliver effective solutions that meet business needs. In addition to their professional expertise, Alison is pursuing further education in Human Resources at Deakin University and TAFE.
