Andrea MacGilvray has extensive experience in human resources, beginning with a role as a Senior Human Resources Administrator at Albany Medical Center from May 1995 to May 1996. Andrea then served as a Human Resources Representative at Westwood Pembroke Health Systems until May 1998 before taking on the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Indigo America Inc. from May 1998 to March 2002. Following that, Andrea held multiple titles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 2011 to March 2017, including Business Compensation Manager and HR Business Partner. Currently, Andrea is the Americas Compensation, US Lead at DXC Technology since April 2017, responsible for developing and administering compensation programs across the Americas, with a focus on the United States.
