They also served as Head of the Project Management Group at Excelian, overseeing comprehensive project delivery across various financial sectors. Andy's expertise extends through various leadership roles at Nomura and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, demonstrating a commitment to governance and technological advancements in equity finance. Andy earned a BSc from the University of Essex.
