Anthony Pappas is chief marketing officer for DXC Technology, where he leads global marketing, brand, communications and customer engagement. He drives initiatives that modernize the brand, elevate the digital experience and strengthen how DXC communicates its story to customers and employees around the world. He’s focused on building a high-performance, data-driven organization centered on demand generation and close alignment with sales enablement.

Before joining DXC, Anthony served in several board roles and advised clients as a fractional chief marketing officer and chief creative officer. Previously, he was president and chief creative officer of DMI’s Global Brand Marketing and Customer Experience division, transforming it into the company’s top-performing profit center.

Earlier in his career, Anthony founded Pappas Group, a full-service digital creative agency that he built from the ground up and expanded across multiple U.S. markets. The firm worked with clients including AARP, Discovery Channel, Hilton, Toyota, Under Armour and Volkswagen, earning more than 1,000 industry awards. Following its acquisition by DMI, he continued in senior leadership roles within the organization.

Anthony also served as senior vice president and executive creative director of Proxicom’s Global Brand and Experience Group, leading strategy and creative for more than 400 Fortune 500 clients. He began his career in creative roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Advertising.

He has been featured in major media outlets and taught digital marketing at Georgetown University. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising from LIU Post.
