Anton Prodanov

Anton Prodanov is currently the Team Lead for Service Level Management at DXC Technology, where they oversee a team of specialists, manage service level and performance reporting, and engage in customer improvement projects. Previously, Anton held roles at Hewlett-Packard as an ITSM Implementation Lead and Team Lead for SVLM and Reporting, where they developed standardized processes and managed stakeholder relationships. Their career began at Globul, where they worked as a Billing and Payments Officer. Anton earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2004.
