Cesar Arias

Cesar Arias is a network architect and technical leader in security projects with extensive experience in project management, implementation of security policies, and vulnerability analysis. They have over seven years of expertise in managing, configuring, and monitoring LAN, WAN, and VPN networks, and currently serve as the Architect of Network and Technical Leader of Security Projects at DXC Technology. Previously, they held positions including Network Delivery Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Telecom Engineer at Intercam, contributing to the design and operational efficiency of network infrastructures. Cesar holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications and Information Security from Universidad Tecnológica de México and is currently pursuing a Master's in Project Management at the same institution.
