Diego Ugalde Morales

Diego Ugalde Morales has a diverse background in network and firewall administration, with experience spanning over a decade. Starting at Sykes Enterprises from 2011 to 2014 as a tier/level-1 solutions provider, Diego then transitioned to Teleperformance Costa Rica as a Firewall Specialist from October 2014 to October 2015. Following this, Diego joined DXC Technology in November 2015 and held two key positions: Firewall Administrator for Sabre and Network Firewall Engineer for Femsa Latam, where expertise in Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Checkpoint Firewalls was developed. Diego holds a degree from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
