Espen Olsen is the Managing Director of DXC Technology Norway, where they lead a team of over 200 IT professionals to deliver exceptional IT services that enhance business value. With more than 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sector, Espen has a profound understanding of the intricacies of digital transformation. Previously, they held various leadership roles at IFS Defence and the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Espen is a graduate of multiple institutions, including BI Norwegian Business School and the Air Force Academy, and has developed strategic thinking and executive leadership skills through programs at the Institute of Directors and the Leith Society. Their mission is to foster innovation, efficiency, and growth for clients while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
