Frances Cuthbert

Frances Cuthbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and procurement. Currently serving as a Software Asset Manager at DXC Technology since July 2005 and as an Asset Management Senior Professional at CSC since July 2009, Frances has demonstrated expertise in software and asset management. Previous roles include Executive Secretary at Jostens from 1998 to 2003, Contracts Clerk at AAFES from 1992 to 1993, and Purchasing Agent at Celesco Transducer Products, Inc. from 1988 to 1990, where responsibilities included sourcing materials and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mid-Continent College and is pursuing an Associate of Arts in Architecture at Los Angeles Pierce College.
