Fredericka Wicker is currently the Chief of Staff for Marketing & Communications at DXC Technology and a Partner at the Center for Sustainable Leadership, roles they have held since 2025 and 2022, respectively. They also own Lamppost Learning, where they serve as a coach, consultant, and facilitator. Previously, Fredericka managed special projects at the Recovery School District and worked as an independent consultant with Grand Isle Group and Civic Solutions Group from 2018 to 2022. They began their career as a 5th Grade English and Social Studies teacher with Teach For America from 2013 to 2015 and served as the Director of New School Development at the Louisiana Department of Education from 2015 to 2018. Fredericka is currently pursuing their studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
