Guy Griffin has extensive experience in leadership roles within the customer success and commercial sectors, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Client Partner for Banking & Capital Markets at DXC Technology since January 2021. Previous positions include Chief Commercial Officer at fire.com, Global Head of Commercial at Temenos, and Senior Commercial Manager for Tesco Pay+ at Tesco Bank. Additional experience includes roles as Commercial Manager at Marcura Group, Head of Partnerships at CSO Alliance, and List & Media Consultant at Lloyd James Ltd. Guy Griffin is an alumnus of the University of Kent, holding a degree in English & American Literature with Creative Writing in the Humanities, and completed education at Bedales School.
