Harold Cubero

Harold Cubero is an experienced project and portfolio manager with a strong background in IT, having worked in various Latin American countries. They currently serve as the ITO Portfolio & Project Manager at DXC Technology, overseeing IT infrastructure projects across multiple countries, including financial management and stakeholder relationships. Harold previously held positions at Banco de Costa Rica, Unisys, Infoglobo, and F2C, where they specialized in IT service delivery and governance. They hold an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Information Technology Management from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, complemented by ongoing studies in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Harold is multilingual, fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
