Joe Sequeira

Joe Sequeira is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in IT outsourcing and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at DXC Technology, Joe drives sales, delivery, and transformation initiatives, including overseeing a global IT outsourcing relationship with Shell plc. Previously, Joe held key leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing U.S. infrastructure technology operations and developing standardized managed IT services for the public sector. Joe's career began at General Motors and included significant positions at Electronic Data Systems, focusing on global managed infrastructure services and end-user compute environments. Joe holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Kettering University.
