June Jansen has significant experience in problem, incident, and change management, currently serving as the DXC Problem Director for Incident Management and Change Management since April 2017. Prior to this role, June worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from July 2010 to April 2017, also as a Problem Director focusing on similar management processes. Earlier career positions include project management roles at Court Square Group, Inc. and CPL, as well as technical and coordination positions at various companies including Webster Bank and Pfizer. June holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Asnuntuck Community College and further educational experience from Central Connecticut State University.
