Lamia Shady is a seasoned Human Resources Management professional with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Head of HR MEA at DXC Technology, Lamia has held significant roles including HR Director at Danaher Corporation and Regional HR Specialist at Johnson & Johnson. Lamia began their career as a Visa Officer at the German Consulate in Dubai and has consistently demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Lamia holds a B.Sc. in Commerce from Cairo University and completed a cohort at Harvard Business School in Economics, Finance, and Business.
