Lisa McCall

Lisa McCall is the HCM Practice Manager at DXC Technology, where they leverage technology platforms to deliver HR programs effectively. They have a proven track record as a Human Resource leader, having managed HR operations and strategic talent management across multiple organizations, including roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Infusion Brands and Director of Human Capital at Ultramatics, Inc. Previously, Lisa owned and operated Hotel La Posada, achieving significant operational growth during their tenure. Lisa has also held various HR positions, including Corporate Recruiter at Tradex Technologies and a consultant role at Advantec, providing strategic HR guidance to diverse clients. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at the University of South Florida.
