Matt Neate

Matt Neate is a seasoned Bid Director with extensive experience leading high-value strategic bids and complex business and technology transformation programs. They have served as a Program Director at RBS, managing pan-bank transformation initiatives, and held various roles as an Army Officer in the UK Ministry of Defence. Throughout their career, Matt was a Bid Manager and Team Leader at Steria and Capgemini, and a Bid Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they successfully secured £4 billion in business across multiple sectors. Matt holds a BSc in IT Management from Cranfield University.
