Max Copelan

Max Copelan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and investment management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at DXC Technology since March 2024, Max has also held the position of Director and Chief Investment Officer at The Fernandez Group since May 2021. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Associate at Ember Infrastructure Partners and Investment Banking Associate at Moelis & Company. Max began a legal career as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, specializing in private equity and M&A. As a co-founder of Quewey, Max demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
