Melanie Miranda

Melanie Miranda is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Director of Tax M&A/Transactions. They have held various significant positions, including Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax from 2000 to 2013 and Director of Taxes at both Gannett and TEGNA from 2013 to 2019. Melanie also worked as Director of Tax Accounting and Reporting at DXC Technology from 2019 to 2021. They earned a Master's degree in Taxation from the American University - Kogod School of Business and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at George Mason University.
