Michele Higgins has extensive experience in business operations and sales management across leading technology firms. A career break occurred from March to December 2017 following a redundancy at Adobe. Prior to this, Michele held various roles at IBM, including Senior Program Office Administrator and Business Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing forecasts, client satisfaction reporting, and compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act. At DXC Technology, Michele served as Senior Manager for ANZ Security Business Operations and Acting GM for APAC Security, focusing on transformation strategies for sales operations. Michele's tenure at Adobe included roles such as Regional Business Advisor and Sales Operations Program Manager for Asia Pacific, where efforts were directed toward business strategies and operational efficiencies. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Office Management from the University of Canberra.
