Narayan T T is a Senior Process Consultant at DXC Technology, where they lead ITSM/SIAM process onboarding across multiple regions. With rich experience in frameworks such as ITIL and CMMi, Narayan has successfully driven process excellence and efficiency improvements in manufacturing and IT organizations. Previously, they served in various quality assurance leadership roles, achieving significant reductions in customer incidents and implementing crucial certifications like ISO and QS 9000. Narayan holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and is currently pursuing an MBA in Operations Management at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
