Patrick Brausewetter

Patrick Brausewetter is a Transformation Manager at DXC Rail and Transit Solutions, where they lead an internal transformation to establish a business-domain oriented structure and agile software development. They began their IT career as a developer, primarily working with Java on desktop applications focused on GIS in the civil security domain. Over the years, Patrick's perspective expanded to emphasize user needs, advocating for the importance of understanding the end users behind technology. Currently, they also support project management at the Fraunhofer Institute for Transportation and Infrastructure Systems IVI, engaging in project preparation, requirements engineering, and quality assurance. Patrick's extensive experience spans the entire software development cycle, from product presentations to user training and support.
