Patrick Kilhaney

Patrick Kilhaney is a seasoned professional in public relations and industry analyst relations, currently serving as Manager of Industry Analyst Relations at DXC Technology since August 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick spent nearly a decade at Finastra, where responsibilities included Principal of Global Industry Analyst Relations and Senior Public Relations Manager for the Americas. In these roles, Patrick influenced the communications strategy for the firm, cultivated relationships with analysts, and developed comprehensive public relations campaigns. Earlier experience includes serving as Public Relations Manager at Aite Group, where Patrick established a media relations program, as well as roles at Intermarket Communications and Citigate Dewe Rogerson, focused on financial technology and investor communications, respectively. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Emerson College, earned in 1999.
