Ria McVeigh is an experienced professional in organizational leadership and change management, currently serving as Global Lead for HR Change and Programs at DXC Technology since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Organization Design and Change Leadership and Strategic Initiatives at AECOM from June 2016 to December 2019. At Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems from November 2010 to June 2016, Ria held positions including Senior Manager of Business Partner Leads and Senior Manager of Business Innovation and Change Leadership, focusing on strategic roadmaps, IT engagement, and innovation. Prior consulting experience includes working as Principal at R. Burroughs & Company LLC, where Ria supported NAVSEA leadership in employee engagement and change management, as well as similar roles at Genesys Solutions for various clients in the private and government sectors. Ria holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management and a Master’s degree in Art History from the University of Southern California.
