Rob Hoolihan

Rob Hoolihan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and process improvement across several roles. Currently serving as the BPS UKI Delivery Lead and Account Delivery Manager at DXC Technology since August 2016, Rob oversees multiple operations for prominent global clients, including a large UK call center and offshore finance and accounting processing. Prior experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise spanned over 15 years, where Rob held several leadership positions, including BPS UKI Lean & Service Excellence Lead, focusing on cost improvement programs and Lean implementations. Earlier roles included Operations Manager and Internal Lean Consultant, contributing to operational excellence across various business sectors. Rob began their career at NatWest, working as a Data Entry Clerk and advancing to Team Lead.
