Rocio Moreno is a highly experienced procurement professional with a strong focus on contingent labor management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement - Labor Category Manager at DXC Technology since April 2017, Rocio has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management, supplier management, and contract negotiation, achieving over 170% in savings and successfully managing the Contingent Labor contractor program.
