Susan Carter has extensive experience in office management, technical training, and communications, spanning from 1978 to 2018. At Davis, Carter, Scott Architects, Susan served as Office Manager and Marketing Associate, overseeing employee management, vendor negotiations, and proposal development. In the United States Air Force, Susan worked as a Communications Specialist with Top Secret Clearance. Subsequently, Susan held roles at DynCorp as a Technical Trainer and Web Strategy & Development lead, where responsibilities included classroom instruction and website maintenance. During tenure at DXC Technology and Computer Sciences Corporation, Susan excelled as Applications Subject Matter Expert, Global Community Manager, and Knowledge Management Specialist, focusing on internal communications, community management, and technical support for various applications. Education includes a diploma from Freeport High School and studies in Consumer Services at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
